Review the product description, selected options, availability, address and checkout total before placing an order. Prices are in euros. Delivery and any selected additional service are included in the checkout total before payment. An email confirms receipt of your order and lists its details. Contact us promptly to correct an error. If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution or a refund.
Available payments are card payments processed by Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer for supported European Union delivery countries. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched after payment has cleared. See orders and payment methods for details.
We deliver to the countries with an enabled service in the checkout. The selected method, destination and final delivery price are shown before ordering. Dispatch and transit times are estimates unless a specific date has been agreed. Tracking is supplied after dispatch. For destinations outside the European Union, local import charges may apply. If a parcel is lost or damaged before it reaches you, contact us so that we can resolve the delivery problem. These terms do not transfer the seller’s responsibility for delivery to you merely because a parcel has been handed to our courier.
Consumers normally have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify withdrawal and another 14 days to return the goods. Direct change-of-mind return costs are paid by the customer. Refunds include the least expensive standard outbound delivery; we may withhold payment until the goods or proof of return are received. Missing packaging alone does not cancel withdrawal, although handling beyond necessary inspection may reduce the refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable. If goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order details so that we can assess the problem and arrange the appropriate remedy. Our missing-piece service is an additional service subject to its stated conditions; it does not replace statutory rights.
